When I raised issues with the installation the manager's immediate response was to yell at me and threaten legal action rather than try and find a solution. I would not recommend them at all.

We even picked up some bathroom accessories! Great service and competitive pricing in both carpet and bathroom departments! Ps. Our floors look AMAZING!

- Mark Smith Added November 27, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They were very happy to sell carpet to my mother. However we were very dissatisfied with how the carpet had been laid. Communication was terrible. We had to wait three weeks until there was any response. We had to initiate every communication. When we compliained about the lack of information about the carpet, the manager was very rude and told us we should have "Googled" about how carpets get laid before buying!
