  I can not thank Dr Tafreshi enough. His approach and communication style is so considered and understanding. He shows such empathy and genuine care for his patients. (Hopefully you won't need an oncologist, but if you do I would highly recommend Dr Tafreshi and his team)

  Dr Ali Tafreshi
  Is the sweetest, most caring, genuine oncologist in the Illawarra region. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable in his chosen field but he goes above and beyond to explain medical terminology, answer every question and address my every concern. Dr Tafreshi personally and routinely has attended every chemotherapy session I have had under his care, examining my blood test results and addressing any side effects I have had along the way. He even took time out of his day to visit me in hospital after my initial breast surgery and subsequent breast surgeries every time. His secretaries must also be commended and are an attribute to this amazing oncologist. I have felt comfortable calling at any time with questions or concerns in regards to my treatment and they have always treated me with respect. No question has ever felt too trivial or too small and always my mind has been put at ease by themselves or from a personal return call by Dr Ali Tafreshi himself. I highly recommend anyone and everyone whom is seeking a highly intelligent and caring oncologist to ask for Dr Ali Tafreshi. A true gentleman. He is personable and leaves no stone unturned. You will be in great hands. Guaranteed.

  Dr. Tafreshi was wonderful to work with. His bedside manner was calm and gentle. He is very knowledgeable and is up to date with current treatments and he is genuinely concerned about giving you the best treatment possible. He made a very difficult time seem manageable and hopeful. His team was very kind and helpful with planning appointments, referrals, scans etc. I can't thank him enough for his care.Everyone I have spoken to who has worked with Dr. Tafreshi only have wonderful things to so say. I would highly recommend him to anyone who unfortunately has to go through cancer treatment. Thank you very much Dr. Tafreshi!
