The trainers are highly supportive and motivate everyone in the group training sessions to be the best versions of ourselves. The team workout environment is great for people who are inspired by other peoples motivation but are too busy to engage in serious conversations due to work, study and family commitments. I would highly recommend F45, for improving fitness levels, connecting to like-minded people with the same fitness goals and being supported by trainers who are dedicated to supporting members. I will say it's the hardest training I've ever done and after 10 sessions I am seeing solid results.

My friend and I trialled a few in the area and there was always something that we didn't like or that didn't suit our needs. Then we gave F45 a go. And it is amazing. Worth every penny. We love going and doing the workouts and all the trainers are lovely, respectful and professional. We are always looking forward to each session and no session is ever the same. Highly recommend this gym and this type of training.
