  This is my first Renault purchase and dealings with the Renault Reps Nathan and Jake with their knowledge and enthusiasm made for a great experience. My 2021 Renault Trafic drives amazing, turns heads and tells me when I’m speeding or not driving economically, as a sales representative myself these features will assist me everyday and save me $$$ in the future. Thank-you guys, I look forward to catching up at my first service. Anyone looking for a new car I recommend you go talk to Nathan or Jake, before making any decisions.

  I had a Renault megane which consumed more oil than normal. I got a new engine under warranty, got a Ford Ranger as a courtesy car when I went to pick up my car they had me waiting for an hour and half only to tell me that they damaged my speed sensor and they were trying to see if the car worked without it but it didn't! so if did I would have had a damaged speed sensor without even knowing anything about it!!! If you have a Renault go somewhere else as I would never recommend them to anyone.

  Lack of knowledge:
  -Parts desk gave me the wrong coolant for my specific vehicle aswell as telling me that it was a concentrate that needed to be mixed with distilled water. After looking at the bottle, it stated clearly that it was a premixed coolant and not a concentrate
  (The parts store would not allow me to return the product, even with a receipt)
  -The mechanics were unable to explain to me why my coolant was dropping significantly below the min line. They just noted that there were no leaks in the system & left it at that.
  Lack of attention to detail:
  I specifically asked the dealership service centre to *dealership stamp* my service booklet. I left it open on the correct page etc. The service centre acknowledged that and agreed to do it, but then left it unstamped and not filled out upon pickup.
  
  Looks like it's full of highschool students running the joint, definitely would not recommend this crew to work on your vehicles.
