  Eh I have no idea how to explain how bad my experience was today at this nail shop......so I went and got my nails done and when I looked at the final result they were all different shapes and sizes and I asked if she could fix them and she tried to fix one and was very very rude and harsh about it like it hurts with that file!! And then she decides to take my phone which was just on the table and take it and lock it away and that's my property and then I asked to speak to the manager and so then I found out that she was the manager and her name is stracey what kind of business do u run ?? That was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen and I'm only 15 years old and then she called security because apparently I was not gonna pay for The nails but I still was going to pay for them after she fixed them and she still argued with me whilst still having my phone and didn't give it back until security arrived and then this very nice lady who worked there spent time out of her break to do my nails her name was Anna she is very nice and is a REAL professional not like stracey who owns the store but anyway I finally got what I payed for after 3 and a half hours of sitting in that shop!! If you decide to go to this shop DO NOT leave ur phone on the table or anything and watch ur handbags and everything you own because that girl is a theif and not a real professional!!!????
