  Living in Fiji and wanting to purchase a property in Sydney was never going to be simple so having Michael assisting us made the whole process easy and stress free. Michael was very professional, organised and understanding of our requirements, always quick to communicate with us and most importantly, had excellent knowledge in the Sydney property market.

  A frequent visitor to Sydney, I had been dreaming for a long time of having my very own comfortable pad close to my favourite areas of town. Michael was able to help me navigate the Sydney apartment market from abroad, something I had come to realise was very difficult to do on my own. He took the time to understand my preferences and to refine his understanding of them. He uncovered an off-market buying opportunity that I would never have found on my own, in an excellent location, that ticks all my boxes.   This is the 2nd property we have purchased through Connolly Walker and I cannot praise Michael and Hugh highly enough.
  We were looking for an investment property in the inner city of Sydney focusing on Potts Point and Elizabeth Bay.
  Michael and Hugh are highly skilled professionals, have extensive contacts to give you access to unlisted properties and conduct the due diligence on your behalf that is so important prior to making an offer.
  We gave them the go ahead to purchase the property on Friday afternoon. They immediately went into action, negotiating with the selling agent and organising their lawyer to prepare the contact for sale.
  They somehow managed to complete the sale at the price we wanted within 3 hours and the apartment was ours before 5.00pm.
  We’re were in shock that it all happened so quickly especially as the vendor was in New York where it was 1.30am. Without Connolly Walker on our side, we would have still been discussing what to do next rather than celebrating our purchase that Friday evening.
  I would not even contemplate buying a property without their guidance, expertise and support.

  With busy lives overseas it was difficult for us to devote the time, energy and effort required to purchase abroad so having Michael’s help was fantastic. He was constantly in touch, identifying opportunities both on and off-market and we often viewed properties ahead of other parties which put us at a significant advantage. Michael’s relationships with the local agents and his knowledge and experience in the market meant that we were always a step ahead. We wouldn’t have been able to secure our fantastic property without Michael’s help and we can’t thank Michael enough!
