We have bought 2 properties from Fletchers and we were amazed of the professionalism (Tim) and the transparent buy/sell process that they adhere too.
They manage our units thru their excellent Property management team. Lisa & her team are very thorough and professional with excellent friendly communication and treat our property as if it is theirs.
Fletchers have given us above & beyond service and Real Estate advice all the time. We sold when Tim advised us and we achieved the best result from Fletchers advertising/marketing and rapport with clients.
We have used other agents in the past, however Fletchers have excellent knowledge & understanding of the Wollongong market for rent, buy & sale and are especially true and honest with all reasonable clients, like us.

Rental Accounts Manager should look for another profession - things need to be done 3 times before she gets it correct and also she is a really poor communicator with her clients.
