    Firstly, they don't do returns. So when a shirt I gifted didn't fit properly (they needed a slim fit) I had to get store credit...Why? It was unworn with tags on no damage, just super baggy.
    Then despite months of COVID shutdowns they won't honour the credit because it is FOUR DAYS out of date. I haven't been able to use it because I have been working in rural hospitals for the last few months!
    Why. Just why.
