- Bethany Fruday Added February 25, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Entered the Wollongong store on Monday afternoon (22/2/16) with my teenage daughter. We were the only customers in the shop. We were in the store approximately 10 mins looking at the stock, throughout this time the staff member did not approach or even acknowledge us. I purchased the item I wanted at mimco in David Jones Wollongong... Customer service is paramount for customers! Couldn't have been more happy with the service from the David Jones staff member.

Ordered an item in store last Sunday & was told it would be ordered the next day (Monday) and in the store for pickup within 2 to 3 days . Phoned when I did not hear & was told this had never been ordered, this was on the wish list and this must have been my miscommunication. This has really left me in the lurch for a gift for the weekend. Care factor zero.
Mimco Wollongong you have to be able to do better than this.
