  Fantastic!! Was moving from Canberra to Wollongong and out of several quotes, 777 World Removals were the most cost effective but doesn’t mean quality of service was sacrificed.
  
  They showed up when they said they would, Matt was highly responsive from initial quote to moving date, moving guys were friendly, no complaining and went about the move, were very efficient and the move early ahead of the scheduled end time.
  
  My new place had stairs (which I thought was going to be troublesome) and they just lifted my fridge, couch and washing machine up the stairs like supermen!
  
  Also looked after both apartments ensuring they didn’t bump into walls/doors when moving things. Also dismantled my bed and reassembled the frame of the bed, which was highly appreciated.
  
  Highly recommend!

  Took a last minute booking from me at short notice because my moving date was changed, showed up on time and got the job done. Great communication to follow up and resolve a few little queries afterwards.

  The removalists themselves were very helpful. They arrived to help with the packing (as we had booked), and while we might have preferred they take a little more care of things that were clearly valuable to us, they were efficient, answered our questions and got us right on track.
  
  They also left us with some additional boxes for final packing - 30 additional boxes just to make sure that we had enough. We were told that those boxes could be returned if we didn't use them, but we did need to pay for them upfront (which we did).
  
  On moving day the removalists were excellent, fast and efficient. All our furniture was transported without fuss.
  
  The only reason I'm taking stars off here was that they charged $23 per box for packing (including the ones they left with us). Doing some basic maths, $23 x 30 is $690.
  
  On the final moving day, they only gave us a discount of $100 for returning those boxes.
  
  It's a great business model, to be sure. They get to sell those boxes to the next customer, and effectively net $46/box.
  
  It's just not very good customer service or ethical business practice when. by rights, we should have been refunded $690.
  
  But, again, the removalists themselves were great.

  The removalists were very responsive and careful when moving my apartment over. They made sure that everything was done in a timely, professional and efficient manner. I’d recommend them 10/10! Thank you again.

  Booked our removalists move a week ago. From booking with Matt and requesting for a big truck which he has confirmed to sending the 3 man crew, it was all easy peasy. The guys, Allen, Kass & Mike did a very good job. It was an 8.5 hours of non-stop hard yakka. Didn't hear any complain from them. Always smiling and telling some stories while still hauling things. Very happy with the job. Good job guys even if there are breakage here and there. Still 5 stars for these guys
